Required
- 7+ years of quantitative analysis or data science experience
- 2+ years mentoring or tech-leading junior analysts
- Master's degree in statistics or equivalent quantitative field
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- A/B testing and experimental design experience
- Python, pandas, Jupyter, and SQL dashboard tools (DataStudio, Looker, or Tableau)
- Strong statistical knowledge including linear and non-parametric modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- PhD in statistics or related field
