Required
- 8+ years of AI science and machine learning industry experience
- BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Operations Research or equivalent
- 7+ years hands-on expertise in recommendation systems, ranking, retrieval, and classical ML
- Proven experience building and shipping production recommendation or personalization systems with customer or business impact
- End-to-end production experience with data and model pipelines from acquisition through deployment
- Strong understanding of business impact and metrics
Nice to have
- Large-scale recommendation systems with two-stage candidate generation and ranking architectures
- Multi-armed bandits, contextual bandits, or uplift modeling for product decisioning
