What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years in data governance, HR technology, people analytics, or technical program management with demonstrated program ownership
- Hands-on experience with Databricks including row-level security, column masking, Unity Catalog, and RBAC
- Understanding of how AI and LLM-based tools change data governance requirements compared to traditional BI
- Experience governing sensitive data across its full lifecycle: classification, permissioning, access reviews, audit trails, exception handling
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with structured thinking and iterative momentum
- Cross-functional partnership skills across InfoSec, Legal, HR, Data Engineering, and Product teams
- Principled perspective on people data governance and ability to articulate ethical and organizational stakes to diverse audiences
- HR domain fluency sufficient to understand data sensitivity
Nice to have
- Experience with data privacy frameworks like GDPR or CCPA applied to workforce data
- Familiarity with AI/ML governance considerations for model training, inference, and agentic workflows
- Background working with People Analytics or HRBP teams
