A strategic analytics role partnering with Product and Marketing teams to drive data-informed decisions across customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This position is ideal for an experienced analyst who combines deep statistical expertise with business acumen, owning experimentation strategy and predictive modeling while translating complex analyses into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

What they ask for

Required

  • 8+ years in analytics, data science, or related quantitative field
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests in product and/or marketing
  • Experience partnering with Data Science on predictive models like churn, LTV, or conversion propensity using Python or R
  • Extensive experience with data engineering teams and production data pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical inference
  • Experience with causal inference techniques beyond standard A/B testing
  • Experience with subscription-based business metrics including conversion funnel, cohort, and churn analysis
  • Hands-on marketing analytics experience including paid channels, CRM, incrementality testing, or attribution
  • Expert SQL skills and advanced Looker or Tableau experience
  • Ability to explain technical analyses to non-technical audiences and senior leadership
  • Track record of shaping and influencing product and marketing strategy

Nice to have

  • Multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, or incrementality testing experience
  • Price testing and price elasticity modeling experience
  • Familiarity with telehealth or subscription-based healthcare models
  • GrowthBook or comparable experimentation platform experience
  • DBT, Airflow, or Databricks experience
