Required
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years IT experience designing, developing, and supporting identity governance solutions
- 5+ years focused on IAM solutions with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience configuring common SailPoint connectors (Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, mainframe, web services, Workday, Fieldglass)
- Knowledge of role-based access controls and automated provisioning/deprovisioning
- Java programming expertise
- Integration testing experience for IAM solutions
- Valid SailPoint IdentityIQ certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer)
- Proficiency in identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, and entitlement management
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in team environment and manage multiple tasks
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging IAM trends
