Required
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Expertise in Workday development and solution design
- Technical development experience focused on integrations
- Expert-level experience with Orchestrate, Extend, EIB, and Web Services
- Strong REST and SOAP API design experience
- Advanced knowledge of Workday business objects and data models
- Extensive experience creating advanced Workday reports and calculated fields
- Strong understanding of Workday Security architecture
- Experience with integration monitoring and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and release management
Nice to have
- Workday Integration certifications
- Workday Studio certification
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems
