- JD and active bar license in good standing
- At least 5 years in commercial and technology transactions with substantial in-house time at an infrastructure company
- Experience with compute and critical infrastructure procurement deals
- Experience with partner and strategic alliance agreements
- Experience with enterprise commercial agreements
- Working command of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Working command of regulatory regimes (EU AI Act, EU Data Act, DORA)
- Working command of security terms and data processing agreements
- Familiarity with export controls and anti-bribery regimes (FCPA)
- Ability to communicate legal and technical concepts clearly to non-lawyers
- Comfort working independently in a small legal team with good judgment on escalation
