Required
- 4+ years of engineering management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud services, or admin tools
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach to product delivery
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and sales teams
- Strong engineering management fundamentals: clear feedback, effective 1:1s, investment in team development
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML products and enterprise AI adoption
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA) and audit logging
- Background building integrations, permissions, billing, or pricing infrastructure
- Familiarity with data residency and global sovereignty requirements
- Startup experience scaling enterprise platforms
