5+ years software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or a PhD
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go

Curiosity about GenAI and agentic systems with hands-on experience
Secure coding practices (OWASP principles)
Open-source contributions or public engineering portfolio
