Required
- 5+ years software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or a PhD
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
- Production-quality, secure, maintainable code
- Data structures, algorithms, systems design, and software development lifecycle knowledge
- DevOps tools experience (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Curiosity about GenAI and agentic systems with hands-on experience
- Secure coding practices (OWASP principles)
- Open-source contributions or public engineering portfolio
