Required

  • Hands-on expertise in Java development with a focus on clean, production-grade code
  • Enterprise application development using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
  • Deployment and troubleshooting of Java services on Kubernetes in public cloud
  • Experience building or supporting low-latency, high-throughput trading or business-critical platforms
  • Technical leadership experience influencing design, delivery, and architecture
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, system design, and service-oriented architecture
  • Expertise in concurrency, multithreading, JVM tuning, memory management, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of low-latency system design, profiling, benchmarking, and performance tuning
  • Production troubleshooting across application, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, and observability layers
  • Familiarity with network protocols including TCP, HTTP, WebSocket, and FIX
  • DevOps practices including automated testing, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex, cross-system production issues using structured analysis
  • Experience working in Agile engineering environments
  • Strong communication skills explaining complex technical issues to varied audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams while balancing hands-on work and technical leadership

  • Public cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Kubernetes ecosystem tools such as Helm, ingress controllers, service mesh, and secrets management
