Required
- 5+ years working with Teamcenter PLM solutions
- Hands-on Teamcenter Active Workspace customization and configuration
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter data models and PLM processes
- Experience with Teamcenter development and configuration tools including BMIDE
- Knowledge of Java and enterprise application environments
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Teamcenter migration, modernization, or adoption programs
- Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations and enterprise system landscapes
- Teamcenter or Siemens certifications
- Experience with data migration in PLM environments
