What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years in IT asset management, IT operations, or procurement
- Experience managing both hardware and software assets
- Experience with software license management and compliance
- Demonstrated coordination with Purchasing or Sourcing teams
- Experience using an ITAM tool or system
- Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience managing or overseeing technical support staff or field technicians
Nice to have
- Mobile Device Management platform experience (Microsoft Intune)
- Enterprise Architecture tools experience (LeanIX, Ardoq, BiZZdesign, ServiceNow APM)
- Familiarity with IT asset discovery tools (ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Snow Software, Ivanti)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience with label and print management platforms (BarTender)
- Experience implementing RFID-based asset tracking systems
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO/IEC 19770, or other IT service and asset management frameworks
