Required

BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
5+ years in data analytics or analytical role supporting legal, compliance, operations, or comparable function
Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Quicksight, Qliksense, Excel, Looker, or Google Sheets)
Hands-on experience with AWS suite and cloud-based data infrastructure
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and contributing to data lake/warehouse ecosystems
Version control and collaborative development workflows using GitHub
SQL working knowledge (Databricks SQL, Athena, or BigQuery)
Ability to define and track success and anchor metrics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
Project and time-management skills in fast-paced environment
Proven initiative and independent work with proactive problem-solving

Nice to have

Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT
Experience with agentic AI, LLM-based assistants, or workflow automation platforms such as Tonkean
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to dive into new areas
