Required

  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in data analytics or analytical role supporting legal, compliance, operations, or comparable function
  • Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Quicksight, Qliksense, Excel, Looker, or Google Sheets)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS suite and cloud-based data infrastructure
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and contributing to data lake/warehouse ecosystems
  • Version control and collaborative development workflows using GitHub
  • SQL working knowledge (Databricks SQL, Athena, or BigQuery)
  • Ability to define and track success and anchor metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Project and time-management skills in fast-paced environment
  • Proven initiative and independent work with proactive problem-solving

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT
  • Experience with agentic AI, LLM-based assistants, or workflow automation platforms such as Tonkean
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to dive into new areas
