What they ask for
Required
- Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- 4+ years of IT support, desktop engineering, systems support, helpdesk, or technical operations experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve software, hardware, connectivity, and access issues
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and wireless networking
- Experience supporting printers, peripherals, conference rooms, and AV systems
- Comfortable working in operational and industrial environments where priorities change quickly
- Able to stoop, bend, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization
