What they ask for
Required
- Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- 4+ years in IT support, desktop engineering, systems support, helpdesk, or technical operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, endpoint, connectivity, and access issues independently
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and wireless networking
- Experience supporting printers, peripherals, conference rooms, and AV systems
- Comfortable working in operational, industrial, or field environments with changing priorities
- Able to stoop, bend, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations
Nice to have
- Experience supporting IT systems in aerospace, manufacturing, launch operations, or high-reliability environments
- Experience with CAD, engineering, test, telemetry, or operational software
- Experience with mobile device management and endpoint management platforms
- Experience with identity and access management systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, Confluence, or similar business systems
- Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, patching, and asset management
