Required

Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
4+ years of IT support, desktop engineering, systems support, helpdesk, or technical operations experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve software, hardware, connectivity, and access issues
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and wireless networking
Experience supporting printers, peripherals, conference rooms, and AV systems
Comfortable working in operational and industrial environments where priorities change quickly
Able to stoop, bend, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization

Nice to have

Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or launch operations
Experience supporting CAD, engineering, or telemetry software
Experience with endpoint management platforms
Experience with identity and access management systems
Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, and patching
Experience troubleshooting AV and control room technology
Experience in ITAR, CUI, or NIST 800-171 regulated environments
