What they ask for

Required

  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
  • 4+ years of IT support, desktop engineering, systems support, helpdesk, or technical operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve software, hardware, connectivity, and access issues
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and wireless networking
  • Experience supporting printers, peripherals, conference rooms, and AV systems
  • Comfortable working in operational and industrial environments where priorities change quickly
  • Able to stoop, bend, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization

Nice to have

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or launch operations
  • Experience supporting CAD, engineering, or telemetry software
  • Experience with endpoint management platforms
  • Experience with identity and access management systems
  • Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, and patching
  • Experience troubleshooting AV and control room technology
  • Experience in ITAR, CUI, or NIST 800-171 regulated environments
