Lead Cohere's Solutions Architecture practice across North America, building and scaling a team that turns enterprise AI opportunities into deployed production systems. This is a player-coach role combining hands-on technical leadership in large language models and agentic systems with responsibility for regional revenue impact and talent development.

What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture
- 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
- Proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams
- Executive presence credible with C-suite and technical leadership
- Hands-on technical credibility with AI models and agents
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales leadership on strategic enterprise deals
- Experience leading complex enterprise solution engagements
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, and agentic systems
Nice to have
- Experience building or turning around a regional technical field organization
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies
- Experience supporting regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, energy, public sector)
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies
- Network of senior technical field talent
- Experience in high-growth environments
