What they ask for

Required

  • J.D. and active bar membership in California or New York
  • 10+ years employment and labor law experience with significant time at both law firm and in-house
  • Demonstrated experience leading an employment law function or managing outside counsel
  • Deep expertise in wage-and-hour, discrimination, leave, accommodation, labor relations, and workforce classification
  • Working knowledge of international employment frameworks (EU, UK, and StubHub operating markets)
  • Track record building or modernizing employment policies, training, and compliance infrastructure

Nice to have

  • Experience at technology company, marketplace, or global consumer business
  • Bar membership in additional states beyond California or New York
  • Experience advising public companies or preparing for public-company employment law standards
