  • demonstrated experience managing end-to-end privacy incidents and breach notifications
  • track record advising on privacy-by-design for digital products
  • ability to communicate regulatory concepts clearly to non-legal audiences

  • manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail
  • collegial, cross-functional collaboration style

Nice to have

  • experience at digital health, telehealth, or health technology company
  • familiarity with AI and machine-learning privacy governance
  • experience with health information exchanges and interoperability frameworks like Carequality, CommonWell, TEFCA
  • knowledge of ERISA and self-funded health plan privacy
  • privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, CHPS
  • experience supporting clinical research privacy compliance and IRB-adjacent work
