  • 7+ years partner marketing, portfolio marketing, or ecosystem marketing in high-growth B2B/B2B2C/consumer health
  • Direct experience marketing in healthcare (digital health, pharma, payer, provider, or health system)
  • Proven experience building and owning portfolio-level GTM strategy across multiple products
  • Demonstrated success driving co-marketing with large strategic partners
  • Experience designing partner marketing programs that scale
  • Strong experience defining success metrics and KPI structures for partner and portfolio marketing
  • Working knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance and legal/regulatory review processes
  • Experience working with commercial, partnerships, and clinical teams
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with 20-25% travel for partner meetings and launches

Nice to have

  • Strategic, commercially oriented background in healthcare, digital health, pharma, or payer
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics across providers, payers, pharma, employers, and platforms
  • Fluency with regulated marketing constraints and ability to move quickly within them
  • Comfort prioritizing and making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience working through influence rather than direct ownership
  • Ability to partner closely with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing without duplicating ownership
  • Strong business acumen with clear perspective on what drives impact across partner types
  • Data-informed approach and fluency in building nuanced KPI frameworks
