  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 6-8 years of SAP experience with 3+ years in an architect role
  • Professional fluency in German (B2+) and English (C1+)
  • Solid expertise in Fiori UI and CAP Framework for full-stack applications on SAP BTP
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture principles including Clean Core, RISE with SAP, and cloud transformation
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services including Build, Process Automation, Integration Suite
  • Proven ability to design integration architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Solid knowledge of agentic AI frameworks combined with SAP Data Intelligence and Datasphere
  • Proficiency in designing Generative AI solutions on SAP BTP using Generative AI Hub and RAG patterns
  • Understanding of SAP HANA Cloud AI/ML capabilities including predictive analytics and vector search
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to executives and technical teams
  • Ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders and customers
  • Strategic mindset linking technology decisions to business outcomes
  • Project and program management expertise with tools like Jira, Confluence, SAP ALM
  • Passion for mentoring junior architects and fostering team capability growth

  • Evidence of thought leadership in the SAP ecosystem through community contributions, publications, or conference speaking
  • Familiarity with SAP data models and enterprise data architecture
