Required

  • 6+ years software development and enterprise systems architecture
  • Significant hands-on Workday experience including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services
  • Experience integrating Workday with enterprise platforms like identity management, payroll, or data warehouses
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure with cloud-native or hybrid architecture design
  • RESTful API and microservices architecture design
  • Understanding of secure coding, identity management, encryption, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Nice to have

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with MuleSoft, SAP CPI/BTP, or equivalent middleware platforms
  • Working knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered business solutions
  • Knowledge of AI risk management and responsible AI practices
