What they ask for
Required
- 2 years as Crew Chief or foreman, or 5+ years construction experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of crane and aerial lift operations
- Fundamental knowledge of steel structures
- Able to read blueprints and load charts
- Comprehend and communicate complex written and oral instructions
- Travel and overtime availability
Nice to have
- Certified Rigger
- Commercial Driver's License Class A or B
- NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
- OSHA 10- or 30-hour Certification
- Valid welding certificate (Structural Welding Code D1.1 SMAW/FCAW, vertical and overhead positions)
- Supervisory experience
- 1 year minimum experience per relevant certification
