- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 5+ years of aerospace or defense industry experience
- Experience with RF modeling software (CST Studio Suite, ANSYS EMIT, FEKO, or similar)
- Programming or scripting in Python, Perl, Visual Basic, Excel VBA, C/C++, C#, Java, or other languages
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain US Secret Clearance
- 100% onsite work in Oklahoma City, OK
Nice to have
- 7+ years of related experience (Expert Level)
- 12+ years of related experience (Consultant Level)
- ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Master's/PhD in electrical engineering
- Active US Security Clearance
- Antenna, radome, anechoic materials, and dielectric materials design experience
- Experience interpreting requirements such as coverage, frequency, gain, and polarization
- iNARTE EMC Engineer Certification
- MATLAB, Mathematica, or Mathcad experience
- MIL-STD-461/464 and/or DO-160 EMI/EMC experience
- Knowledge of US Spectrum and aircraft avionics
- Familiarity with lab test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters)
