Required

  • 5+ years of customer support experience in high-volume ticketing and/or regulatory environment
  • 3+ years of people leadership in billing support, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or customer operations
  • Process mapping and performance metrics definition (CSAT, AHT, FTR, QA, CAR)
  • Building scalable workflows to improve operational efficiency and quality
  • Dashboard building or analytics tools to identify root causes and communicate findings to leadership
  • Cross-functional influence across FinOps, EPD, Enablement, and BPO partners with ambiguous ownership
  • Resilience and adaptability in emotionally charged situations and fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Medical billing support experience including benefits verification, coding, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management
  • Multi-channel support team experience (phone, email, chat)
  • CRM system knowledge (Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA)
