Required
- 15+ years of compliance and industry experience in large global pharmaceutical companies
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent international degree with active Bar Association membership
- Deep understanding of global ethics and compliance regulatory landscape including US, China, Europe, and Japan
- Experience building and leading best-in-class ethics and compliance programs
- Demonstrated experience engaging senior leadership teams and boards of directors
- Experience in commercial pharmaceutical operations and healthcare compliance
