Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Education, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience in fintech, digital banking, financial wellness, or financial education
- Demonstrated passion for financial empowerment and education
- Proven track record managing products from 0-to-1 launch through growth
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial products serving minors (COPPA, CFPB guidelines)
- Ability to conduct market research and translate findings into product features
- Skill creating detailed user stories and managing complex product portfolios across stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience building products for younger audiences, families, or underserved communities
- Experience working with financial institutions, credit unions, or community banks
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience working in an Agile environment
