- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years in digital operations, IT, technical program management, portfolio management, or digital strategy execution
- Experience owning complex cross-functional digital programs with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritization, OKRs/KPIs, and delivery operating rhythms
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable digital roadmaps and execution plans
- Financial and operational management skills including budgeting and capacity planning
- Excellent communication and influence skills for senior leaders and cross-functional audiences
- Working knowledge of Agile practices and modern digital delivery methods
