What they ask for
Required
- 6–10 years of progressive software engineering with strong hands-on coding
- 2+ years of AI software development, LLM-based solutions, agentic systems, or machine learning
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale AI into production
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java (Spring Boot)
- Solid understanding of core AI concepts (knowledge representation, planning, multi-agent systems)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, MCPs, and agent frameworks
- Practical experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas)
- Strong grounding in modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, agile, resiliency, security)
- Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Solid understanding of banking/financial services and regulated environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related quantitative discipline
Nice to have
- Full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular, Node.js)
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Devin, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity)
- Experience in data science (statistical modeling, experimentation)
- Interest in mentoring junior AI engineers
