Required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of HR/Finance Reporting & Analytics or People Services operations
- 3+ years as an internal analytics consultant
- Hands-on experience with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors for data extraction and reporting
- Strong Power BI design and development capability
- SQL or similar data extraction and transformation skills
- Understanding of HR/Finance data domains including workforce analytics, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation
- Experience with data governance initiatives
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and AWS (S3, Redshift)
- Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations and governance best practices
- Experience with integrated data environments including APIs and connected data sources
