What they ask for
Required
- 12+ years of professional software development experience
- Backend development expertise with Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, real-time streaming, and microservices patterns
- Strong frontend skills with React and React Native
- Experience building micro frontends and Progressive Web Apps
- Cloud-native application delivery on AWS or equivalent platform
- Production experience with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architecture
- CI/CD pipeline proficiency (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and DevOps tooling
- Relational and NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DocumentDB)
- Kubernetes and containerization knowledge
- Monitoring and observability tools experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Full ownership mindset with rigorous testing and validation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across architecture, engineering, and product teams
- Right to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice to have

- LLM workflow exposure or ML model production integration
