What they ask for

Required

  • 8+ years in data science or analytics with significant marketing or go-to-market measurement experience
  • Proven ability to drive strategy with data-backed hypotheses across multiple initiatives
  • Deep B2B marketing measurement expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing
  • Experience measuring lead lifecycle from MQL through closed-won
  • Advanced SQL and Python with hands-on data pipeline construction
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage broad DS program portfolios
  • Strong executive communication skills with director and VP-level leaders
  • BS or MS in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience)

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MS level or higher)
  • Experience building and shipping AI agent systems for internal and external teams
  • Deep knowledge of finance, product marketing, and corporate strategy concepts
