What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in software engineering, automation engineering, application development, or solution development
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-powered business solutions and process automations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio
- Experience developing AI agents, copilots, or conversational AI using Copilot Studio or similar platforms
- Experience with modern development tools like Visual Studio Code
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with at least one scripting or programming language (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#)
- Experience delivering solutions from concept through production deployment
- Experience integrating business solutions with enterprise platforms using APIs and web services
- Experience with source control, Git-based workflows, and modern software delivery practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, GxP, SOX)
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps
