  • At least 18 years old with state-required proof
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management systems
  • Independent troubleshooting of machinery

  • 3+ years formal leadership experience with direct reports (hourly and salaried)
  • Knowledge and experience with PLC systems
  • Knowledge and experience with CMMS systems
  • Ability to present problems and solutions formally to mid/high-level management
  • Ability to delegate complex tasks and follow up on completion
  • Experience working across multiple facilities to implement network-level solutions
  • Ability to assess talent and provide performance management and rewards
  • Ability to evaluate personnel needs and adapt resources by structure and shift
  • Business acumen, emotional intelligence, and ability to objectively assess operational and personnel issues
  • Willingness to be available 24/7 for emergencies
  • Formal training or certification in at least one of: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC systems, or HVAC trades

Nice to have

  • 10+ years maintenance experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, API manufacturing, or pharmacy with referenced lab equipment
  • 10+ years electrical knowledge and electronic principles
  • Advanced degree or training in engineering, maintenance, or related field
  • Advanced formal training in lean or six sigma
  • Bilingual Spanish capability
