Required
- 12+ years progressive internal audit, SOX compliance, or risk management experience at a large multinational public tech company
- Big 4 public accounting experience at senior managerial level
- CPA, CA, or CIA certification
- Proficiency with AI and automation software for audit procedures
- Deep familiarity with cloud ERPs (NetSuite/Workday) and audit management platforms (Workiva/AuditBoard)
- Knowledge of US GAAP, COSO/COBIT frameworks, and PCAOB standards
