- High school diploma
- 4-6 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors and controls
- Experience with pneumatics, AC/DC motors, and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certification
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance
- Conversational Spanish skills
- System expertise in at least one area (Pick Module, VAS, Shipping Sorter)
