Required

  • 10+ years developing and deploying autonomous mobile robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, or advanced automation in production manufacturing
  • 10+ years developing reusable robotics platforms, architectures, or standards across multiple applications or sites
  • Recognized technical expertise and demonstrated technical leadership in robotics or advanced manufacturing across complex multidisciplinary programs
  • Experience with AMR fleet management, autonomous navigation, facility assessment, and material-flow optimization
  • Experience with advanced robotic manipulation including force/torque sensing, vision-guided robotics, or human-robot collaboration
  • Knowledge of robotics safety standards and working knowledge of cybersecurity, equipment validation, and lifecycle management in regulated manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree

Nice to have

  • Experience architecting and integrating robotic systems with machine vision, 3D perception, end-of-arm tooling, safety systems, industrial controls, fleet management software, and IT/OT systems
  • Experience with emerging robotics technologies including AI-enabled perception, machine-learning-based motion planning, simulation and digital twins, and robotic foundation models
  • Experience developing automation in medical-device manufacturing or regulated environments and directing suppliers and system integrators
  • Advanced degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, controls, computer science, mechatronics, or related field
