Required

  • 8+ years designing and developing SaaS applications with full-stack expertise
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong back-end expertise in Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot
  • Strong front-end expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • 5+ years building and consuming web APIs
  • Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle and design architecture
  • Automated testing and Test-Driven Development experience
  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Strong technical leadership and ability to set direction
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nice to have

  • Cloud-native development on AWS with microservices, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Event streaming with Kafka, search with Elasticsearch, SQL/NoSQL database design
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/GenAI capabilities
  • Experience with observability and instrumentation for production services
