What they ask for
Required
- U.S. citizenship
- 5+ years full-cycle sales experience
- 3+ years directly selling to Federal Civilian agencies
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota in complex federal sales
- Experience building a federal territory or book of business from early stage or zero
- Strong knowledge of how civilian agencies buy (program offices, contracting officers, GSA Schedule, BPAs/IDIQs)
- Fluency with federal AI and modernization landscape including EO 14058, FedRAMP, and contact-center ecosystems
- Daily use of AI tools with demonstrated automations or workflows replacing manual effort
- Excellent executive presence with ability to engage senior government stakeholders
- Analytical rigor with ability to instrument pipeline and translate data into decisions
- Self-directed with high ownership in fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Nice to have
- Active security clearance
- Existing relationships with stakeholders in at least two target civilian agencies or reseller ecosystem
- Direct experience closing a novel or first-of-kind deal at a civilian agency
- Background selling speech/voice AI, contact-center, or developer-first API products
- Familiarity with Shipley or Solution Selling methodologies in government contexts
- Experience building internal AI tooling for sales or revenue workflows
