What this role is

This is the most senior technical leadership role in the field sales organization—a peer to enterprise CTOs and the top technical authority across a territory's strategic accounts. The Field CTO shapes how the market understands Sigma's AI and data warehouse architecture, wins the technical decision at the C-suite level, and raises the entire Solution Engineering team's game through mentorship, playbooks, and repeatable winning patterns.
