- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree in Engineering with 6+ years of related experience
- Proven ability to own, prioritize, and groom a product backlog

Nice to have
- Understanding of mainframe application composition across COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and Endevor
- Experience guiding development of modern developer interfaces such as VS Code extensions and CLI tools
- Strong understanding of modern collaboration workflows including mainframe SCMs like Endevor
- Knowledge of AI and LLMs in corporate environments, including Model Context Protocols
