What they ask for

Required

  • Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Three years hands-on video development and motion design using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
  • Three years using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition)
  • Three years authoring tool experience (Storyline, Captivate, or equivalents)
  • Ability to design instructional content for complex technical topics
  • Experience building self-paced learning materials for external audiences and customers
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts with minimal guidance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Background in adult education
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company
  • Skilljar LMS administration experience
  • Technical certifications in front-end development, UX, digital marketing, or web analytics
  • Portfolio of graphic, web, or UX/UI design work
