What they ask for
Required
- 8-10+ years in sports marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorship consulting, media rights, or agency leadership
- Proven track record negotiating and managing Olympics and Paralympics partnerships
- Experience managing major global sports sponsorships including strategic planning, contract negotiation, and activation execution
- Established relationships with governing bodies, media rights holders, athlete representatives, and industry partners
- Ability to lead integrated sponsorship programs across governing bodies, property rights holders, media partners, and athlete talent
- Strong understanding of global sports governance, ambush marketing guidelines, and athlete marketing regulations
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing account teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage sponsorship budgets and P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, communications, business, or similar discipline
- Willingness to travel extensively and work non-standard hours for major sporting events
- Exceptional client relationship management and executive communication skills
