What they ask for
Required
- Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and ChromeOS
- Google Workspace administration and SaaS application troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS)
- Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticket lifecycle management
- 2 to 5 years of IT support or desktop support experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5-day onsite coverage where assigned
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundations certification
- Endpoint management credentials (MDM/Apple/Microsoft)
- Experience with AI tools and LLMs for problem-solving
