- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- 6+ years of software engineering and development experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience
- Proficiency in C/C++ in production environments

- Strong programming and debugging skills across multiple languages
