- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF), ISO-PAS 8800, and ISO 26262
- Knowledge of automotive, heavy-duty truck, or aerospace products and industries
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and safety requirement derivation
- Project management and leadership capability across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of AI-ML techniques
