What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years product management experience in trading, capital markets, or alternative investments
- Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle, OMS/EMS, market data, and post-trade workflows
- Shipped institutional-grade investment or trading technology with engineering teams
- SQL and modern data tools proficiency
- Experience in financial services technology, preferably alternative asset management
- Agile delivery, change control, and CI/CD practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
Nice to have
- Hedge fund or sell-side trading experience
- Understanding of multiple asset classes (equities, credit, derivatives)
