  • 5+ years in Endpoint Management, Workplace Technology, or Infrastructure Operations
  • 3+ years in product ownership, service ownership, or operational leadership
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoints supporting thousands of users and devices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows endpoints, mobile and macOS device management
  • Experience leading endpoint operations and incident management
  • Leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Experience supporting global environments with 10,000+ devices
  • Experience leading Intune modernization and SCCM-to-cloud transformation
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot and Zero Touch Provisioning
  • Experience building executive scorecards and compliance reporting frameworks
