Required
- 10+ years progressive payroll experience leading global operations in multi-entity organizations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business or equivalent experience
- Experience managing US and international payroll across multiple countries and providers
- Knowledge of US payroll tax, statutory requirements, and year-end reporting
- Hands-on payroll systems experience and system implementation track record
- Ability to design and improve payroll controls, reconciliations, and processes
- Strong analytical and investigation skills with attention to detail
- Cross-functional partnership and influencing across Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, IT teams
Nice to have
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) credential
- Experience with bonuses, commissions, and equity-related compensation processing
- Experience with major payroll system migrations or significant enhancements
- Exposure to automation and AI-enabled tools in payroll operations
