  • 10+ years progressive payroll experience leading global operations in multi-entity organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing US and international payroll across multiple countries and providers
  • Knowledge of US payroll tax, statutory requirements, and year-end reporting
  • Hands-on payroll systems experience and system implementation track record
  • Ability to design and improve payroll controls, reconciliations, and processes
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills with attention to detail
  • Cross-functional partnership and influencing across Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, IT teams

Nice to have

  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) credential
  • Experience with bonuses, commissions, and equity-related compensation processing
  • Experience with major payroll system migrations or significant enhancements
