- 12+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with FP&A leadership at scale
- 5+ years managing managers in a finance organization
- Public company experience with earnings, guidance, Board reporting, and SOX-relevant processes
- Deep expertise in long-range planning, unit-economic modeling, and ROI analytics for capital-intensive growth
- Credible thought partner to senior executives with executive presence for Board and Investor influence
- Up to 10% travel across Shake Shack offices and locations
