Required
- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch and safely use ladders and step stools
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week including peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays)
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
- Ability to uphold the Rothy's Experience and follow dress code
