Deepgram seeks the first product analyst on their team to establish measurement infrastructure and experimentation frameworks for their product-led growth motion. You'll design analytics pipelines, partner with product and design leaders, and scale the systems that help a voice AI platform grow from a single-product company to a comprehensive multi-product offering.

Required
- Staff-level product analytics expertise with demonstrated leadership in analytics strategy
- Proven track record accelerating PLG growth at previous company, especially in developer-focused products
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on data warehouse experience
- Ability to build dashboards and analytics infrastructure independently
- Experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments with statistical rigor
- Understanding of developer behavior and API/SDK adoption patterns
- Experience as first or founding analyst on a team
- Leadership presence to establish best practices and mentor on data literacy

- Experience with Superset and Heap Analytics or similar tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Mode)
- B2B SaaS background with both PLG and enterprise motions
- Understanding of multi-product portfolio dynamics and cross-product measurement
- Experience with usage-based pricing models or real-time streaming data products
- Deep knowledge of product instrumentation and event tracking
- Advanced statistical methods expertise beyond basic A/B testing
- Experience in voice AI, ML/AI platforms, or developer tools
